Trautman Real Estate
is a full service real estate firm that has been helping people
in Columbus since 1919. The company was founded by John Elmer
Trautman and is now being run by second and third generation
members, Warner Trautman and his son Paul Trautman.
The real estate
business has changed dramatically over the years. Some old firms
are gone, new ones have sprung up and many have decided to merge
or buy others and become mega firms. The Trautmans' have chosen
to remain a small company focusing on owning and managing their
own properties. As Warner Trautman says, "Real estate is
a service business. By staying within our niche, we are personally
able to stay in touch with our customers and their needs."
